Mortgage Terms
Mortgage Sales will be under the following terms and conditions;
· Deposit 25%
· Valuation fees USD300 per unit/stand
· Tenor 5 years
· Interest 15%p.a.
· Establishment fees (2%).
· Non-returnable application fees (USD100)
What are the benefits of a mortgage?
· Yes you need to open account for the purposes of repayments, deposits, salary credits and loan disbursements.

· Original current pay slip and or any acceptable proof of income.ie rentals
· Lease agreements
· Letter of permanent employment.
· 3-6 months’ NMB Bank statements showing income.
· Fully completed Application form
· Statement of assets and liabilities
· 25% cash deposit.
